Spring is on its way, and I, for one, am ready for some warmer weather!! As our little corner of the earth starts to shed the snow and winter chill, and we start to see those spring flowers popping up, I want to draw your attention to the connection between new life and life insurance. I was recently helping a young couple get some life insurance set up for themselves. Now a little about me, first I am a proud dad to six beautiful kids (ONE newly married, ONE out on his own, THREE more driving--I can hardly believe it!!). My wife and I live here in Grand Rapids. We are involved in the community and attend church on the NE side of Grand Rapids. We are passionate about foster care and adoption. We’ve fostered over ten kids in the last ten years and in the process, we were blessed with three boys to adopt! (Adoption blesses both the kids and the families they are a part of.)

As I mentioned before, my career background was in finance, which I loved. But running my own State Farm Insurance agency not only lets me help people in insurance needs, but also in investing and retirement like I had done for years!
